Professional/educational background: Keim earned her M.S in medical dietetics from Ohio State. She also has a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Maryland and earned her B.S. in nutrition and dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Keim joined the Tar Heels after working at NC State as their team dietitian and as a sports nutrition intern at Ohio State.
